Care Options for Kids is looking to hire a dynamic healthcare sales professional. This person will utilize their clinical knowledge, communication skills, and marketing abilities to initiate one-on-one dialogue with referral sources, families, and prospective clients to help explain and educate on home health services, while also supporting sales and marketing through educational programs, meetings, and presentations to assigned hospitals.


Responsibilities of the Position
1. Develops and maintains a professional relationship with referral sources, medical professionals, and other health care providers and facilities throughout the Denver metro area
2. Develops sales and marketing strategies and objectives and forecasts sales projections
3. Develops new referrals for the company including, but not limited to, acute hospital outpatient practices, pediatric and adult case managers, commercial insurance case managers, and school districts
4. Promotes COFK’s services by clearly articulating the features and benefits of the company
5. Coordinates safe discharges of pediatric and adult clients to the home setting
6. Assists the clinical liaison team with the overflow of referrals
7. Participates in various marketing functions
8. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Conditions
1. Position may be stressful in terms of meeting deadlines
2. Travel is required
3. After completion of training, the role will become hybrid with a requirement of one day per week in office.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree preferred
2. Some experience with pediatric home health is preferred
3. Sales/marketing experience in health care preferred
4. Three or more years of health care sales/marketing experience preferred
5. Strong leadership and organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
6. Must demonstrate exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills

Pay: $72,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
